How to order a Jennifer night light?

How do I take care of my Noora Light?

It deepens on which device you chose. Jennifer is made by plastic, so it is fragile and should not be dropped on hard surface. Venus's structure is aluminum. Do not scratch with a sharp object. etc.

There is an instruction in each product's box and shows more about the functionality and safety. Please read it after unboxing and before turn on the light.

Shipping 

Domestic Shipping is provided via Australia Post or Sendle. International Express Shipping via DHL.

All shipping addresses are to be written in English without accents marks on letters. If the incorrect address is provided and your order has been shipped, customers will incur a reshipping fee.

How do I track my order?

Tracking Instructions:

1. You will receive your tracking number by email 1 days after your order has been dispatched.

2. Go to click here(Sendle) or click here(Australia Post) or click here(DHL) and enter your tracking number and press the track button. You will then see the progress of your parcel.

What is Noora Light returns and warranty policy?

Photo evidence will have to be provided when notifying us of unforeseen fault or breakages.

How do I change or cancel my order?

If you need to cancel or make any changes to your order please email support@nooralight.com.au within 2 hours of making your purchase with the subject line of this email must read 'CHANGE OF ORDER' or 'CANCEL ORDER' and our team will be back to you shortly. 

Please make sure you have read our Returns Policy before proceeding. 

I didn't receive a confirmation email?

Please make sure you check all folders in your inbox including the junk and spam folders. If you still cannot find your confirmation email please email support@nooralight.com.au to ensure you provided the correct email during checkout. 

What currency is used on the Noora Light website? 

All orders on Nooralight.com are processed in AUD.

For your convenience, we have a currency converter on our site which will automatically convert the price to your local currency. However this for an indication only, Noora light process all orders in AUD. While the content of your cart will be displayed in your local currency, you will checkout using AUD at the most current exchange rate.

This is the reason your confirmation email amount may differ to the amount on your bank statement. 

What if I made a mistake in my shipping address?

If you have made a mistake in your shipping address please email support@nooralight.com.au within 2 hours of placing your order. You must make the subject line 'CHANGE OF ADDRESS' and provide your full name, order number and corrected shipping address.

My order status is 'unfulfilled', what does this mean?

If your order status is shown as unfulfilled this simply means your order has not yet been dispatched, but the payment has been successful. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email to confirm your order has been fulfilled and another email providing you with a tracking number.
