How To Place Order
Talk about order process
How cool is Jennifer, our awesome night light jar! Because of its great
engraving feature you should carefully choose from the options below:
- If you do not need any custom or personalised engraving, just read below from No. 1 to 3
- If you like to put a custom name or word underneath the chosen design, read below from No. 1 to 6
- If you have your own design that is completely different from our collections, read below from No. 1 to 3 and No. 7 to 8
1- Select one from collections
If you click "Products" on the top menu or go through blew of the home page, you can see the collections section. Then choose one of the topics that suit you.
For example, I click on "Lovely Signs" from different topics.
2- Choose the best drawing
Now you can see a couple of drawings that are related to the subject. In this case, is Lovely Signs. Then you can have a look at each design and pick one of them.
For instance, I choose "T1" out of the other seven options.
3- Pick your favorite colour
Each design has its own page. On the top right, you can see the design's info. Then you can select the body colour which can be gold or silver.
It is obvious how to change the order quantity. Finally, click on the "Add to cart" button.
If you do not need any customisation like engraving any name or word underneath the chosen design, then just do the checkout process till you get the order confirmation.
4- Need a custom name?
If you like to put a custom name or word underneath the chosen design, then you should do one more action.
(Do not need any customisation then skip the rest and do the normal checkout process)
5- One more action
Made your decision for the custom name?. NO worries. Please click on the "View my cart" button. Next step you can put the name for the engraving.
6- Put the name
On the bottom of your cart page, you can see an empty box with the "Order special instructions" heading. If you have one order, then you can type just a name. For more than one order, please give us more details in the box.
If the font of the name is important for you, please write it as well. (Font should be a free one). Otherwise, we will choose a font that is a good match for the name.
Then do the checkout process till you get the order confirmation.
7- Send us your design
If you have your own design that is completely different from our collections, read up from No. 1 to 3, then jump to this section.
For your personalise engraving we need your design file. We prefer *.SVG format but if you do not have it, send us the PDF, JPEG, or PNG file. We have to review the design to get the best quality, from its engraving perspective. We will let you know if there is any issue and ask you to change it to another file or format.
After choosing the colour and quantity, go through check out and finalize your order.
Then send your unique design to: support@nooralight.com.au
Please put your order number in the email's subject.
8- Best Dimension
Please consider a circle with a 4.5 cm diameter and adjust your drawing in this area.
